[一例晚期睾丸绒毛膜癌经化疗及肺转移灶切除治疗的疑难病例]
[A difficult case of advanced testicular choriocarcinoma effectively treated by chemotherapy and resection of lung metastasis].

A 25-year-old man who suffered from cough, sputum, and swelling of left scrotal contents was admitted to our hospital. We found testicular choriocarcinoma with multiple lung, liver, and brain metastases. The patient received 5 courses of VIP therapy (cisplatin, etoposide, ifosfamide) and 1 course of high-dose chemotherapy (carboplatin, etoposide, cyclophospamide) with peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. One year later, the patient underwent surgery for resection of lung metastasis after 1 course of chemotherapy (cisplatin, etoposide). Pathological diagnosis showed a remnant of choriocarcinoma. Three years and three months after surgery, no recurrence of the choriocarcinoma has been found.
一名25岁男性，因咳嗽、咳痰及左侧阴囊内容物肿胀入院。我们发现其患有睾丸绒毛膜癌，并伴有肺、肝和脑多处转移。该患者接受了5个疗程的VIP疗法（顺铂、依托泊苷、异环磷酰胺）以及1个疗程的大剂量化疗（卡铂、依托泊苷、环磷酰胺）并进行了外周血干细胞移植。一年后，患者在接受1个疗程化疗（顺铂、依托泊苷）后接受了肺转移灶切除术。病理诊断显示为绒毛膜癌残留。手术后三年零三个月，未发现绒毛膜癌复发。
