Technology in medical education: how the OU College of Medicine has used technology to enhance the medical education experience.

The authors briefly review traditional medical education teaching methods and present a description of new developments at the OU College of Medicine using computers and advanced technologies for the enhancement of medical education. The focus is on how computers, educational facilities, online curriculum, medical simulation devices and other technologies are changing the way medical students learn.
