To investigate the biological effects of the serum of rats fed with kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese drugs on cultured osteoblasts in vitro.
The culture media containing the serum from rats fed with the drugs at different doses (high, mediate and low doses) were used to treat the second passage of the osteoblasts from the skull of newborn SD rats, and the cell proliferation, differentiation and mineralization were observed.
The serum stimulated the cell proliferation, enhanced alkaline phosphatase activity and increased the number of mineralized nodules in the cultured osteoblasts.
Kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese drugs can stimulate the proliferation, differentiation and maturation of cultured osteoblasts in vitro.
研究补肾中药含药血清对体外培养成骨细胞的生物学效应。
用含不同剂量（高、中、低剂量）药物血清的培养基处理新生SD大鼠颅骨来源的第二代成骨细胞，观察细胞增殖、分化及矿化情况。
该血清可促进培养的成骨细胞增殖，增强碱性磷酸酶活性，增加矿化结节数量。
补肾中药可在体外刺激培养的成骨细胞增殖、分化及成熟。
