To investigate the effect of huanglian jiedu tang on Alzheimer' s disease, and its influence on cytokines.
AD rats models were made by A beta injection, and then water-maze tests were made to investigate the study and memory ability. TNF-alpha, INF-gamma and IL-2 were examined by ELISA. After treatment with huanglian jiedu tang, the rats were evaluated again.
After A beta injection, the study and memory ability of the rats was decreased. By the treatment with huanglian jiedu tang, it was improved (P < 0.01); TNF-alpha, INF-gamma and IL-2 levels of AD rats were higher than those in control group (P < 0.01); after treatment the levels came down (P < 0.01).
Huanglian jiedu tang can improve the study and memory ability of AD rats by changing their immune state.
研究黄连解毒汤对阿尔茨海默病的影响及其对细胞因子的影响。
通过注射β-淀粉样蛋白制备AD大鼠模型,然后进行水迷宫试验以研究其学习和记忆能力。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测肿瘤坏死因子-α、干扰素-γ和白细胞介素-2。用黄连解毒汤治疗后,再次对大鼠进行评估。
注射β-淀粉样蛋白后,大鼠的学习和记忆能力下降。经黄连解毒汤治疗后得到改善(P<0.01);AD大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子-α、干扰素-γ和白细胞介素-2水平高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后这些水平下降(P<0.01)。
黄连解毒汤可通过改变AD大鼠的免疫状态来提高其学习和记忆能力。
