Abstract

AIM

To study the antitumor active constituents of the seeds from Annona squamosa L. (Annonaceae).

METHODS

Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents. Their physico-chemical properties and spectral data were determined to elucidate the structures.

RESULTS

Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as annonaceous acetogenins: squamocenin (1), annotemoyin-2 (2), reticulatain-2 (3), squamocin-I (4), squamocin-B (5), squamocin (6), motrilin (7), squamostatin-D (8), squamostatin-E (9), cherimolin-1 (10), cherimolin-2 (11) from the ethyl alcohol extract of A. squamosa L.

CONCLUSION

Squamocenin (1) is a new acetogenin. Annotemoyin-2 (2) and reticulatain-2 (3) were isolated from this plant for the first time.

研究番荔枝(番荔枝科)种子的抗肿瘤活性成分。

方法

采用多种色谱技术分离和纯化成分。通过测定其理化性质和光谱数据来阐明结构。

结果

从番荔枝乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定出11种化合物,为番荔枝乙酰精:鳞叶番荔枝素(1)、番荔枝莫因 - 2(2)、网叶番荔枝素 - 2(3)、鳞叶番荔枝辛 - I(4)、鳞叶番荔枝辛 - B(5)、鳞叶番荔枝辛(6)、莫特立林(7)、鳞叶番荔枝他汀 - D(8)、鳞叶番荔枝他汀 - E(9)、毛叶番荔枝素 - 1(10)、毛叶番荔枝素 - 2(11)。

结论

鳞叶番荔枝素(1)是一种新的乙酰精。番荔枝莫因 - 2(2)和网叶番荔枝素 - 2(3)首次从该植物中分离得到。
