Information technology skills are essential for effective and efficient practice in maternal and child health. The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based multimedia health information system for maternal health care using principals of user centered design. Research process includes needs assessment, needs analysis, design, development/testing, and application release. This system will be a new way of nursing intervention and contribute to the maternal health promotion.
信息技术技能对于母婴健康领域有效且高效的实践至关重要。本研究的目的是运用以用户为中心的设计原则，开发一个用于孕产妇保健的基于网络的多媒体健康信息系统。研究过程包括需求评估、需求分析、设计、开发/测试以及应用发布。该系统将成为护理干预的一种新方式，并有助于促进孕产妇健康。
