To study the chemical constituents in the fruits of Eucalyptus globulus Labill.
The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by IR, NMR and MS evidences.
Fifteen compounds were obtained and identified as beta-sitosterol (1), betulinic acid (2), stigmasterol (3), euscaphic acid (4), 2a-Hydroxybetulinic acid (5), macrocarpal B (6), macrocarpal A (7), oleanolic acid (8), 3,4,3'-O-trimethylellagic acid (9), 3-O-methylellagic acid 4'-O-(2"-O-acetyl )-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (10), camaldulenside (cypellocarpin C, 11), 3-O-methylellagic acid 4'-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (12), 3-O-methylellagic acid (13), ellagic acid (14), and gallic acid (15).
Compounds 4 and 5 from genera Eucalyptus, 1, 3 and 11 from plant E. globulus, and 6, 7, 9 and 15 from the fruits of E. globulus were isolated for the first time.

采用多种柱色谱方法分离化学成分,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱等证据对其结构进行鉴定。
得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、桦木酸(2)、豆甾醇(3)、优卡皮酸(4)、2α-羟基桦木酸(5)、大果桉内酯B(6)、大果桉内酯A(7)、齐墩果酸(8)、3,4,3'-O-三甲基鞣花酸(9)、3-O-甲基鞣花酸4'-O-(2''-O-乙酰基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)、樟桉苷(环桉果素C,11)、3-O-甲基鞣花酸4'-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(12)、3-O-甲基鞣花酸(13)、鞣花酸(14)和没食子酸(15)。
首次从桉属植物中分离得到化合物4和5,从蓝桉中分离得到化合物1、3和11,从蓝桉果实中分离得到化合物6、7、9和15。
