To evaluate expressions of NF-kappaB p65 in laryngeal carcinoma and normal mucous membrane and its clinical significance.
The immunohistochemical method and the in situ hybridization were employed in detecting the NF-kappaB p65 expressions in surgical specimen from 48 laryngeal carcinoma and 20 normal mucous membrane.
(1) The expression of NF kappaB p65 was higher than in normal laryngeal mucous membrane. (2) Positive expression of NF-kappaB p65 correlated with the development of distant metastasis.
The results of the study show that the NF-kappaB p65 protein is a significant predictor of survival in laryngeal carcinoma patients.
评估核因子-κB p65（NF-κB p65）在喉癌及正常黏膜中的表达情况及其临床意义。
采用免疫组织化学法和原位杂交法检测48例喉癌手术标本及20例正常黏膜中NF-κB p65的表达。
（1）NF-κB p65在喉癌中的表达高于正常喉黏膜。（2）NF-κB p65的阳性表达与远处转移的发生相关。
研究结果表明，NF-κB p65蛋白是喉癌患者生存的重要预测指标。
