A new D/E cis-5-cevanine alkaloidal glucoside, C33H53NO8, mp 206-208 degrees C, named hupehemonoside, was isolated together with three known alkaloids, peimine, peiminine and ebeiensine from the fresh bulb of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia. On the basis of the IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-MNR, FAB-MS and EI-MS of hupehemonoside, it has been established as 5 alpha, 14 alpha, 17 beta, 22 beta-cevanine-20 beta-hydroxyl-3 beta-O-beta-D-glucoside (IV).
从湖北贝母(Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia)的新鲜鳞茎中分离出一种新的D/E顺式-5-瑟文宁生物碱苷,化学式为C33H53NO8,熔点206 - 208℃,命名为湖北贝母苷,同时还分离出三种已知生物碱,即浙贝母碱、浙贝宁和鄂贝新碱。根据湖北贝母苷的红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-MNR)、快原子轰击质谱(FAB-MS)和电子轰击质谱(EI-MS),确定其结构为5α, 14α, 17β, 22β-瑟文宁-20β-羟基-3β-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(IV)。
