A triterpenetricarboxylic acid with a novel 2,3-secolanostane-type framework named lanopropic acid ( 1) was isolated from the aerial parts of Schisandra propinqua var. propinqua. The structure of 1 was elucidated as 2,3-secolanost-9(11),24( Z)-diene-2,3,26-trioic acid on the basis of spectroscopic techniques and X-ray diffraction studies. This is the first report of natural occurrence of 2,3-secolanostane type triterpenoid.
从五味子变种翼梗五味子的地上部分分离得到一种具有新型2,3-断羊毛甾烷型骨架的三萜羧酸，命名为翼梗酸（1）。基于光谱技术和X射线衍射研究，确定1的结构为2,3-断羊毛甾-9(11),24(Z)-二烯-2,3,26-三羧酸。这是首次报道天然存在的2,3-断羊毛甾烷型三萜类化合物。
