Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study chemical constituents of antibacterial activity fraction of Angelica polymorpha.

METHODS

Compounds were isolated by repeatedly silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were identified by physical and chemical evidences and spectral methods.

RESULTS

Seven compounds were obtained from the antibacterial activity fraction, their structures were elucidated as: bisabolangelone(I), isoimperatorin (II), oxypeucedanine(III), isooxypeucedanine(IV), oxypeucedanin hydrate(V), bergapten(VI), pabulenol(VII).

CONCLUSION

Bisabolangelone(I) is obtained from this plant for the first time. Compound (II)-(VII) belong to linear furanocourmarins.

目的

研究多形当归抗菌活性部位的化学成分。

方法

通过反复硅胶柱色谱和重结晶分离化合物。采用理化证据和光谱方法鉴定其结构。

结果

从抗菌活性部位得到7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:甜没药当归酮(I)、异欧前胡素(II)、氧化前胡素(III)、异氧化前胡素(IV)、氧化前胡素水合物(V)、补骨脂素(VI)、洋芹酚(VII)。

结论

甜没药当归酮(I)首次从该植物中获得。化合物(II)-(VII)属于线性呋喃香豆素。
