Abstract
A new and facile preparation of quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones was first reported which was the condensation of aromatic o-aminonitriles with DMF or N,N-diethylformamide in the presence of ZnCl(2) (0.5-10 mol %) at 190-200 degrees C in the sealed reactor.

首次报道了一种新型且简便的喹唑啉-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮的制备方法，该方法是在密封反应器中，于190 - 200℃下，在0.5 - 10 mol%的ZnCl₂存在下，使芳香邻氨基腈与DMF或N,N-二乙基甲酰胺发生缩合反应。
