[川芎超微振动提取技术研究]

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To explore the best ultrafine vibration extraction technology of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.

METHOD

Using the content of ligustrazine hydrochloride and ferulic acid as determination indexes, quadrature test was used to choose extraction times, time, solvent amount and to compare with the result of conventional extraction technology.

RESULT

The best condition of the Rhizoma chuanxiong was with 90% ethanol of 4 times volume, extracting 2 times in 25 degrees C, 15 minutes each time. Comparing with conventional extraction technology, extraction time of UVET was 1/6, solvent amount was 4/7, the extraction rate of marker components was 1.19 and 1.09 times, respectivley.

CONCLUSION

UVET can improve the extracting rate of effective constituents, reduce the time and solvent amount and be used in industrialization.

摘要

目的

探索川芎的最佳超微振动提取工艺。

方法

以盐酸川芎嗪和阿魏酸的含量为测定指标,采用正交试验法选择提取次数、时间、溶剂量,并与传统提取工艺结果进行比较。

结果

川芎的最佳提取条件为90%乙醇4倍量,在25℃下提取2次,每次15分钟。与传统提取工艺相比,超微振动提取法的提取时间为传统法的1/6,溶剂量为4/7,标志性成分的提取率分别为传统法的1.19倍和1.09倍。

结论

超微振动提取法可提高有效成分的提取率,减少时间和溶剂量,可用于工业化生产。
