Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Viola yedoensis.

METHOD

The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the analysis of their spectral data.

RESULT

Seven compounds were isolated and identified as esculetin (1), isoscopoletin (2), 6-hydroxymethyl-3-pyridinol (3),5,5-bi (6,7-dihydroxycoumarin) (4), 6,6,7,7-tetrahydroxy-5,8-bicoumarin (5), loliolide (6), dehydrololiolide (7).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 2-7 were isolated from V. yedoensis for the first time.

目的

研究紫花地丁全草的化学成分。

方法

采用多种色谱技术分离化合物,并通过其理化性质和光谱数据分析阐明其结构。

结果

分离并鉴定出7种化合物,分别为七叶内酯(1)、异七叶内酯(2)、6-羟甲基-3-吡啶醇(3)、5,5-联(6,7-二羟基香豆素)(4)、6,6,7,7-四羟基-5,8-双香豆素(5)、黑麦草内酯(6)、去氢黑麦草内酯(7)。

结论

化合物2 - 7首次从紫花地丁中分离得到。
