Abstract
1-Methyl-1H-2-cyanomethyl-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine was synthesized and the reactivity of its CN and --CH2--groups was investigated. 5 H-Dipyrido[1,2-a: 3',2'd]imidazole derivatives were also prepared. Some of the obtained compounds were screened for their tuberculostatic activity.

合成了1-甲基-1H-2-氰甲基-咪唑并[4,5-b]吡啶，并研究了其氰基和亚甲基的反应活性。还制备了5H-二吡啶并[1,2-a:3',2'-d]咪唑衍生物。对部分所得化合物进行了抑菌活性筛选。
