Four new nor-dammarane triterpenoids, 12β-O-acetyl-15α,28-dihydoxy-17β-methoxy-3-oxo-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-octanordammanran (1), 12β-O-acetyl-15α,17β,28-trihydoxy-3-oxo-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-octanordammanran (2), 12β-O-acetyl-15α,28-dihydoxy-3-oxo-17-en-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-octanordammanran (3), and 12β,15α,17β,28-tetrahydoxy-3-oxo-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-octanordammanran (4), were isolated from the 70% EtOH extract of Dysoxylum hainanense. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral methods. All the triterpenoids were in vitro evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against four tumor cell lines (A549, SK-OV-3, SKMEL-2 and HCT15).
从海南倒卵叶花椒的 70%乙醇提取物中分离得到四个新的达玛烷型三萜类化合物,分别为 12β-O-乙酰基-15α,28-二羟基-17β-甲氧基-3-酮-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-辛烷达玛烷(1)、12β-O-乙酰基-15α,17β,28-三羟基-3-酮-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-辛烷达玛烷(2)、12β-O-乙酰基-15α,28-二羟基-3-酮-17-烯-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-辛烷达玛烷(3)和 12β,15α,17β,28-四羟基-3-酮-20,21,22-23,24,25,26,27-辛烷达玛烷(4)。通过波谱方法鉴定了这些新化合物的结构。所有三萜类化合物均在体外对四种肿瘤细胞系(A549、SK-OV-3、SKMEL-2 和 HCT15)进行了细胞毒性活性评价。
