补骨脂化学成分的研究

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Psoralea corylifolia.

METHODS

Column chromatography was used in the isolation procedure. The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral data.

RESULTS

Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as isopsoralen (1), psoralen (2), bavachalcone (3), 4", 5"-dehydroisopsoralidin (4), methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (5), psoralidin (6), corylin (7).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 4 and 5 are obtained from Psoralea for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究补骨脂的化学成分。

方法

采用柱色谱法进行分离。通过光谱数据阐明分离得到化合物的结构。

结果

分离得到7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为异补骨脂素(1)、补骨脂素(2)、补骨脂查尔酮(3)、4″,5″-脱氢异补骨脂定(4)、4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯(5)、补骨脂定(6)、补骨脂乙素(7)。

结论

化合物4和5为首次从补骨脂中获得。
