Abstract

AIM

To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Psoralea corylifolia L.

METHODS

The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with normal phase silica gel and polyamide. Their structures were identified on the basis of physical and spectral data (MS, NMR, HMBC and HMQC).

RESULTS

Six compounds were isolated and identified as psoralen (1), isopsoralen (2), bavachalcone (3), psoralidin (4), daidzin (5) and bavadin (6).

CONCLUSION

Compound 6 is a new compound. Compound 5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究补骨脂果实的化学成分。

方法

采用正相硅胶柱色谱和聚酰胺柱色谱对化学成分进行分离纯化。根据物理和光谱数据(质谱、核磁共振、异核多键相关谱和异核单量子相关谱)鉴定其结构。

结果

分离并鉴定了6种化合物,分别为补骨脂素(1)、异补骨脂素(2)、补骨脂查尔酮(3)、补骨脂定(4)、大豆苷(5)和补骨脂苷(6)。

结论

化合物6为新化合物。化合物5首次从该植物中分离得到。
