Abstract
The authors report a case of ocular involvement by acute lymphoblastic leukemia, in a young woman. The initial symptom was a bilateral diminution of visual acuity. The examination revealed a bilateral aspect of serous detachment of neuro-epithelium. A literature review of macular manifestations of leukosis is envisaged.
