To compare the anaphylactoid effect of Danshen injection and its components on guinea pig.
Applying active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) tests, the corresponding experimental injections were administrated to guinea pigs to sensitized, and allergen with double doses was injected to stimulate in the 11 days after the last sensitized. The anaphylaxis situation of guinea pigs was observed.
Danshen injection and its components are suspicion on guinea pigs, while negative reaction was observed on guinea pigs which injected by the liquid excipients of Danshen injection.
Danshen injection using the ultrafiltration method still have some antigenic impurities which cannot be removed completely, and this may be one of the reasons for anaphylactic reaction.
比较丹参注射液及其成分对豚鼠的类过敏反应。
采用主动全身过敏反应(ASA)试验,对豚鼠进行相应的实验注射以使其致敏,在末次致敏后第11天注射双倍剂量的变应原进行激发,观察豚鼠的过敏反应情况。
丹参注射液及其成分对豚鼠有可疑反应,而注射丹参注射液的液体辅料的豚鼠则观察到阴性反应。
采用超滤法的丹参注射液仍存在一些无法完全去除的抗原性杂质,这可能是过敏反应的原因之一。
