To establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint of Radix Rubiae and provide a quality control method for it.
The method HPLC-DAD was performed on a YMC C,18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) column with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength at 280 mm, and the column temperature at 25 degrees C, and the analysis time was 60 min.
The average similarity of the fnigerprint chromatograms was over 0.94 in 6 batches samples of different areas in China.
This method can be applied for the determination of Radix Rubiae from different areas.
建立茜草药材的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测(HPLC-DAD)指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供方法。
采用HPLC-DAD法,以YMC C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为25℃,分析时间为60 min。
6批来自中国不同地区的样品指纹图谱的平均相似度均超过0.94。
该方法可用于不同产地茜草药材的测定。
