Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule.

METHODS

Dionex Acclaim 120 C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 3 microm) was used with acetonitrile (A) and 0.05% phosphoric acid (B) in gradient elution mode. The elution profile was:0-50 min (15%-->34% A), 50-95 min (34%-->75% A); The detective wavelength was 203 nm and 270 nm. The column temperature was set at 25 degrees C and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.

RESULTS

In the established fingerprint,42 common peaks covering 4 medicinal materials were detected, and 23 chemical compounds were identified by RRLC/MS/MS and DAD spetra.

CONCLUSION

The method can be used for quality control of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule with great precision, accuracy and good reproducibility.

目的

建立复方血栓通胶囊的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。

方法

采用戴安公司的Acclaim 120 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,3 µm),以乙腈(A)和0.05%磷酸(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱。洗脱程序为:0~50分钟(15%→34%A),50~95分钟(34%→75%A);检测波长为203 nm和270 nm。柱温设定为25℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。

结果

在所建立的指纹图谱中,共检测到42个来源于4种药材的共有峰,通过快速液相色谱/质谱/质谱联用仪(RRLC/MS/MS)和二极管阵列检测器(DAD)光谱鉴定出23种化合物。

结论

该方法可用于复方血栓通胶囊的质量控制,具有较高的精密度、准确性和良好的重复性。
