Abstract
Db-cAMP and adenosine in vitro markedly inhibited the E-rosette formation of peripheral T-cells of healthy subjects. Histamine in vitro also inhibited the E-rosette formation, but only in patients with allergic disorders. Levamisole in vitro significantly restored the E-rosette formation of T-cells inhibited by db-cAMP, adenosine and histamine.

双丁酰环磷腺苷（Db-cAMP）和腺苷在体外能显著抑制健康受试者外周血T细胞的E花环形成。组胺在体外也能抑制E花环形成，但仅在患有过敏性疾病的患者中出现这种情况。左旋咪唑在体外能显著恢复被Db-cAMP、腺苷和组胺抑制的T细胞的E花环形成。
