To explore a characteristic chemical marker of Dendrobium officinale, establish determination method of its content and determine the naringenin content in D. officinale from different sources and growth years.
The content of naringenin was determined by HPLC. HPLC analysis was made on a XB -C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) with methanol and water containing 0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 290 nm.
The HPLC method showed good linearity within the range of 0.026-0.208 microg (r = 1). The average recovery of naringenin was 96.3% (RSD 1.8%). The naringenin content was the highest in 3 years D. officinale and had some differences from different sources.
The method is accurate and reliable. It is appropriate for the quantitative determination of naringenin in D. officinale and it's production.
探索铁皮石斛的特征性化学标志物,建立其含量测定方法,并测定不同来源和生长年限的铁皮石斛中柚皮苷的含量。
采用高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷含量。高效液相色谱分析采用XB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm)色谱柱,以甲醇和含0.2%磷酸的水为流动相。检测波长为290 nm。
高效液相色谱法在0.026 - 0.208 μg范围内线性关系良好(r = 1)。柚皮苷的平均回收率为96.3%(相对标准偏差1.8%)。3年生铁皮石斛中柚皮苷含量最高,且不同来源的柚皮苷含量存在差异。
该方法准确可靠,适用于铁皮石斛及其制品中柚皮苷的定量测定。
