Purpose. This study examines the effects of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) procedure on ocular pulse amplitude (OPA) and intraocular pressure (IOP). Materials and Methods. Sixty eyes of 30 nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy patients (15 males, 15 females) were included in this cross-sectional case series. IOP and OPA were measured with the Pascal dynamic contour tonometer before and after 5 minutes of intravenous fluorescein dye injection. Results. Pre-FFA mean OPA value was 3.05 ± 1.36 mmHg and post-FFA mean OPA value was 2.93 ± 1.28 mmHg (P = 0.071). Pre-FFA mean IOP value was 17.97 ± 1.99 mmHg and post-FFA mean IOP value was 17.81 ± 2.22 mmHg (P = 0.407). Conclusion. Although both mean OPA and IOP values were decreased after FFA procedure, the difference was not statistically significant. 目的。本研究探讨眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查对眼脉搏振幅(OPA)和眼压(IOP)的影响。材料与方法。本横断面病例系列纳入了30例非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者(15例男性,15例女性)的60只眼。在静脉注射荧光素染料5分钟前后,使用帕斯卡动态轮廓眼压计测量眼压和眼脉搏振幅。结果。FFA术前平均OPA值为3.05±1.36 mmHg,FFA术后平均OPA值为2.93±1.28 mmHg(P = 0.071)。FFA术前平均眼压值为17.97±1.99 mmHg,FFA术后平均眼压值为17.81±2.22 mmHg(P = 0.407)。结论。虽然FFA检查后平均OPA和眼压值均有所下降,但差异无统计学意义。本临床试验已在澳大利亚新西兰临床试验注册中心注册,注册号为ACTRN12613000433707。
