Abstract

Questioning of 416 patients established that level of satisfaction of patients, treated at RRCRST, by all components of quality of medical care is rather high. The main reasons for dissatisfaction were the sanitary condition of the wards and common areas, the quality of food and clothes, the attitude of nurses.
