Abstract

OBJECTIVES

The aim of this experimental study was to compare the effectiveness and reliability of lovastatin and hyaluronic acid + carboxymethyl cellulose (Seprafilm).

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Thirty two female Wistar-Albino rats weighing between 250 and 300 g were used in the study. The rats were divided into four groups as sham, control, lovastatin and Seprafilm each of which contained 8 rats. All rats were sacrificed on the 14th day after surgery. Macroscopic adhesion, microscopic adhesion and tPA, MDA and NO values were evaluated.

RESULTS

Macroscopic adhesion formation was significantly lower in the sham and study groups than in the control group (p < 0.05). Microscopic classification adhesion formation was significantly lower in the sham and study groups than in the control group (p < 0.05), and the tPA, MDA and NO values showed statistically significant differences among the groups.

CONCLUSION

Lovastatin and Seprafilm were equally effective in preventing postoperative intra abdominal adhesions. The study groups were showed significant superiority to the control group.

目的

本实验研究旨在比较洛伐他汀和透明质酸+羧甲基纤维素(Seprafilm)在预防术后腹腔内粘连方面的有效性和可靠性。

材料和方法

研究使用了 32 只体重在 250 至 300 克之间的雌性 Wistar-Albino 大鼠。这些大鼠被分为假手术组、对照组、洛伐他汀组和 Seprafilm 组,每组 8 只。所有大鼠均在手术后第 14 天被处死。评估了宏观粘连、微观粘连以及 tPA、MDA 和 NO 值。

结果

与对照组相比,假手术组和研究组的宏观粘连形成显著降低(p<0.05)。微观分类粘连形成在假手术组和研究组中也显著低于对照组(p<0.05),并且各组之间的 tPA、MDA 和 NO 值也存在统计学差异。

结论

洛伐他汀和 Seprafilm 在预防术后腹腔内粘连方面同样有效。研究组与对照组相比表现出显著优势。
