the purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of nurses, who provide palliative care for cancer patients, within the context of Iranian culture.
we conducted a hermeneutic phenomenological study. Semi structured in-depth interviews with 10 nurses were audio taped and transcribed. The transcriptions were then analyzed by Van Manen's method.
one of the most important themes that emerged was "human relationships", which also contained the subthemes of "comprehensive acceptance" and "psychological support".
the results provide deep understanding of human relationships in palliative care of cancer patients in Iran.
癌症患者需要姑息治疗。
本研究的目的是探讨在伊朗文化背景下为癌症患者提供姑息治疗的护士的经历。
我们进行了一项诠释现象学研究。对10名护士进行的半结构化深度访谈进行了录音和转录。然后采用范曼恩方法对转录内容进行分析。
出现的最重要主题之一是“人际关系”,其中还包含“全面接纳”和“心理支持”等子主题。
研究结果为深入了解伊朗癌症患者姑息治疗中的人际关系提供了依据。
