Abstract

Transcultural research also gains increasing significance in our specialized area of child and adolescent psychiatry. The contribution describes several methodical problems in connection with the translation of everyday and specialized concepts in child psychiatric studies and illustrates them with an example from an epidemiological examination. A single check of the retest reliability does not meet with the methodical requirements. Just in psychiatry it is necessary to take emotional, social, historically varying originated connotations of concepts into consideration.

跨文化研究在我们儿童与青少年精神病学的专业领域也日益重要。这篇论文阐述了儿童精神病学研究中日常概念和专业概念翻译方面的几个方法问题,并以一项流行病学调查为例进行说明。仅对重测信度进行一次检验不符合方法学要求。尤其是在精神病学领域,有必要考虑概念在情感、社会以及历史演变方面产生的不同内涵。
