Anti RANA antibodies were determined by the method of indirect immunofluorescence in 51 patients with the classic resp. definitive form of rheumatoid arthritis (ARA) and in 19 healthy persons. Anti RANA antibodies were found in 92% of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and in 16% of the control group. The reactive nuclear antigen is present in human B lymphocyte tissue cell cultures transformed by the EPSTEIN-BARR virus--Raji cells. The anti RANA antibody test is very suitable for use in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
采用间接免疫荧光法对51例典型或确诊的类风湿性关节炎（ARA）患者及19名健康人检测抗RANA抗体。类风湿性关节炎患者中92%发现有抗RANA抗体，而对照组中这一比例为16%。反应性核抗原存在于经爱泼斯坦－巴尔病毒转化的人B淋巴细胞组织细胞培养物——拉吉细胞中。抗RANA抗体检测非常适合用于类风湿性关节炎的诊断。
