The rheumatoid neutrophilic dermatitis (RND) is a rare disease associated with severe cases of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (RA) seen in middle-aged individuals. Mostly this disease presents with erythematous papules, plaques and nodules. In general, RND responds either to corticosteroids or systemic treatment of the RA. We present the case of a 70-year-old man with RND and severe RA that responded to systemic corticosteroids and methotrexate.
类风湿性嗜中性皮病（RND）是一种罕见疾病，与中年患者中重症血清阳性类风湿性关节炎（RA）相关。这种疾病大多表现为红斑丘疹、斑块和结节。一般来说，RND对皮质类固醇或RA的全身治疗有反应。我们报告一例70岁患有RND和重症RA的男性患者，其对全身皮质类固醇和甲氨蝶呤治疗有反应。
