Abstract
Papillary carcinoma of the thyroid usually spreads to the lymph nodes. Vascular metastatic spread is unusual. We report a case of papillary carcinoma of the thyroid with extensive vascular dissemination and remarkable intraglomerular metastases to both kidneys.
