In this report, we present a case of maturation (IVM) with surgical retrieved testicular sperm in a normo-ovulatory female. Human chorionic gonadotropin-primed IVM, testicular biopsy for sperm retrieval and intracytoplasmic sperm injection with fresh sperm were performed. Fourteen cumulus-oocyte complexes were obtained in germinal vesicle or metaphase I stage, eight oocytes reached metaphase II, seven presumptive zygotes were obtained, and three cleavage stages embryos in day 2 were transferred producing a singleton pregnancy. A single healthy newborn was obtained. Our results suggest that IVM may be an alternative for fertilization in normo-ovulatory women even if surgical retrieval of sperm is needed. Further research is required to depict contributing factors to the success of IVM in indications different from polycystic ovaries syndrome and the role of male gamete.
在本报告中，我们呈现了一例在排卵正常的女性中使用手术获取的睾丸精子进行未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟（IVM）的病例。进行了人绒毛膜促性腺激素预处理的IVM、用于获取精子的睾丸活检以及使用新鲜精子的卵胞浆内单精子注射。在生发泡期或中期I阶段获得了14个卵丘-卵母细胞复合体，8个卵母细胞达到中期II，获得了7个推定受精卵，并在第2天移植了3个分裂期胚胎，成功实现单胎妊娠。产下了一名健康的新生儿。我们的结果表明，即使需要手术获取精子，IVM对于排卵正常的女性来说可能是一种替代受精方式。需要进一步研究以描述在不同于多囊卵巢综合征的适应症中促成IVM成功的因素以及雄配子的作用。
