Abstract
Legionnaires' disease may present with a broad spectrum of illnesses and nonspecific extrapulmonary symptoms including diarrhea. To our knowledge, bowel obstruction has not been reported as a manifestation of . We present a unique case of Legionnaires' disease contributing to a small bowel obstruction.
