Two new polyhydroxy polyacetylenes, herpecaudenes A and B (1 and 2), were isolated from the ethanol extract of fruits of Herpetospermum caudigerum, an important Tibetan medicine. The structures of them were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, HRESIMS, H and C NMR, HMBC, HSQC, and H-H COSY. Compound 2 showed significant inhibitory effects on NO production in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 macrophages with IC values of 7.05 ± 1.59 µM.
从重要藏药波棱瓜果实的乙醇提取物中分离得到两种新的多羟基聚乙炔类化合物,波棱瓜烯A和B(1和2)。基于紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、高分辨电喷雾电离质谱(HRESIMS)、氢核磁共振(H NMR)、碳核磁共振(C NMR)、异核多键相关谱(HMBC)、异核单量子相干谱(HSQC)和氢氢化学位移相关谱(H-H COSY)等多种光谱方法对其结构进行了确证。化合物2对脂多糖(LPS)激活的RAW 264.7巨噬细胞中一氧化氮(NO)的产生具有显著抑制作用,半数抑制浓度(IC)值为7.05±1.59 μM。
