strain USML2 was originally isolated from the inner leaf tissues of surface-sterilized phytopathogenic-free oil palm ( Jacq.). We present here the whole-genome sequence of this plant-endophytic strain. The genome consists of a single circular chromosome of 4,502,758 bp, 4,315 predicted coding sequences, and a G+C content of 50.8%.
菌株USML2最初是从表面消毒的无植物病原体油棕(Jacq.)的内部叶片组织中分离出来的。我们在此展示该植物内生菌株的全基因组序列。该基因组由一条4,502,758 bp的单环染色体组成,有4,315个预测的编码序列,G+C含量为50.8%。
