Abstract

OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this review is to summarize the applications of PET molecular imaging-directed biopsy of a variety of organs in the management of various diseases with a focus on cancers.

CONCLUSION

PET can yield metabolic information at the cellular and molecular levels, and PET-directed biopsy is playing an increasing role in the diagnosis and staging of diseases.

目的

本综述的目的是总结正电子发射断层扫描(PET)分子成像引导下对各种器官进行活检在多种疾病管理中的应用,重点是癌症。

结论
