A simple and convenient method has been developed for the construction of sulfonamides via IO-mediated sulfonylation of amines with arylthiols. The present protocol provides an attractive approach to sulfonamides in moderate to good yields from readily accessible and easy to handle starting materials under mild and metal-free conditions.
已经开发出一种简单便捷的方法，通过碘介导的胺与芳硫醇的磺酰化反应来构建磺胺类化合物。本方法提供了一种有吸引力的途径，可在温和且无金属的条件下，以中等到良好的产率从容易获得且易于处理的起始原料制备磺胺类化合物。
