Abstract
A new human gammapapillomavirus (HPV_MTS2) genome was isolated and fully cloned from a skin swab. The L1 open reading frame of HPV_MTS2 was 79% and 80% identical to those of its closest relatives, HPV type 149 (species Gamma-7 of the genus ) and HPV isolate Dysk2 (GenBank accession no. KX781281), respectively, thus qualifying it as a new HPV type.

从一份皮肤拭子中分离并完全克隆出了一种新的人类γ乳头瘤病毒（HPV_MTS2）基因组。HPV_MTS2的L1开放阅读框与其最相近的亲属HPV 149型（属的γ-7种）和HPV分离株Dysk2（GenBank登录号：KX781281）的L1开放阅读框分别有79%和80%的同源性，因此将其鉴定为一种新的HPV型别。
