Abstract

First VATS thymectomy was performed 25 years ago (Landreneau ., 1992). After that, minimally invasive approaches for surgical procedures have rapidly increased in the world. The aim of this paper was study of current problems and the status of surgery for thymus diseases in Russia. This is first global survey of all thoracic centers, which had experience in thymic surgery.

首例电视辅助胸腔镜胸腺切除术于25年前实施(兰德雷诺,1992年)。此后,世界范围内外科手术的微创方法迅速增加。本文旨在研究俄罗斯胸腺疾病外科手术的当前问题及现状。这是对所有有胸腺手术经验的胸科中心进行的首次全球调查。
