Abstract

Carbapenem resistance is a major and an on-going public health problem globally. It occurs mainly among Gram-negative pathogens such as , and baumannii, and may be intrinsic or mediated by transferable carbapenemase-encoding genes. This type of resistance genes are already widespread in certain parts of the world, particularly Europe, Asia and South America, while the situation in other places such as sub-Saharan Africa is not well documented. In this paper, we provide an in-depth review of carbapenem resistance providing up-to-date information on the subject.

碳青霉烯类耐药性是全球一个主要且持续存在的公共卫生问题。它主要发生在革兰氏阴性病原体中,如大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌,可能是固有耐药,也可能由可转移的碳青霉烯酶编码基因介导。这类耐药基因已在世界某些地区广泛传播,尤其是欧洲、亚洲和南美洲,而撒哈拉以南非洲等其他地区的情况记录较少。在本文中,我们对碳青霉烯类耐药性进行了深入综述,提供了该主题的最新信息。
