Synchronous spectrofluorimetric methods could be successfully adopted for simultaneous determination of Octinoxate (OMC), Avobenzone (AVO), Octyltriazone (OT), and Phenyl benzimidazole sulfonic acid (PBSA) in moisturizing sunscreen lotion, utilizing β-CD as fluorescence enhancer, and determination of Avobenzone (AVO), Homosalate, Tinosorb M and Phenyl benzimidazole sulfonic acid (PBSA) in presence of Octocrylene (OCR) in whitening sunscreen cream, using micellar medium of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) to enhance fluorescence intensity. For first product, zero order synchronous spectrofluorimetric method was used for determination of OMC and AVO, and derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetric technique was utilized for OT and PBSA in quaternary mixture. Linear calibration curves were obtained in a concentration range of 0.5-8 μg mL for OMC and AVO, and in range of 0.05-3 μg mL for OT and 0.001-5 μg mL for PBSA, by measuring the fluorescence at 370, 405, 333.2 and 340.6 nm, respectively. For second product, first derivative synchronous fluorescence method was used for each UV-filter. A linear calibration curves were obtained in a concentration range of 0.5-8 μg mL for AVO, in range of 0.1-8 μg mL for Homosalate, 2-10 μg mL for Tinosorb M and 0.001-5 μg mL for PBSA, by measuring the fluorescence at 409.8, 373, 307.2 and 316.8 nm, respectively. The detection limits are well below the maximum admissible concentration. The proposed methods were validated according to ICH guidelines and successfully applied to determine sunscreens in pure form and in Cosmeceutical formulations. All the results obtained were compared with those of published methods, where no significant difference was observed.
同步荧光光谱法可成功用于同时测定保湿防晒霜中的桂皮酸盐(OMC)、二苯甲酰甲烷(AVO)、辛酰三嗪(OT)和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(PBSA),利用β-环糊精作为荧光增强剂;还可用于在美白防晒霜中存在二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯(OCR)的情况下测定二苯甲酰甲烷(AVO)、胡莫柳酯、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪(Tinosorb M)和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(PBSA),使用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的胶束介质增强荧光强度。对于第一种产品,采用零阶同步荧光光谱法测定OMC和AVO,采用导数同步荧光光谱技术测定四元混合物中的OT和PBSA。通过分别在370、405、333.2和340.6 nm处测量荧光,得到OMC和AVO在0.5 - 8 μg/mL浓度范围内、OT在0.05 - 3 μg/mL浓度范围内以及PBSA在0.001 - 5 μg/mL浓度范围内的线性校准曲线。对于第二种产品,对每种紫外线过滤剂采用一阶导数同步荧光法。通过分别在409.8、373、307.2和316.8 nm处测量荧光,得到AVO在0.5 - 8 μg/mL浓度范围内、胡莫柳酯在0.1 - 8 μg/mL浓度范围内、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪(Tinosorb M)在2 - 10 μg/mL浓度范围内以及PBSA在0.001 - 本5 μg/mL浓度范围内的线性校准曲线。检测限远低于最大允许浓度。所提出的方法根据国际协调会议(ICH)指南进行了验证,并成功应用于测定纯形式和药妆配方中的防晒霜。将获得的所有结果与已发表方法的结果进行比较,未观察到显著差异。
