The main objective of the current study was to investigate the components and radical scavenging activity of essential oil from Amygdalus pedunculata Pall leaves (APEO) extracted by an ultrasound-assisted method. Thirty-eight chemical components were identified in APEO using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). APEO primarily consisted of alcohols (36.82%), esters (28.81%), ketones (1.47%), alkanes (18.61%) and phenols (8.93%). The most abundant compound was n-hexanol (33.49%). The antioxidant activity of APEO was characterized for 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, hydroxyl radical (OH·), hydrogen peroxide (HO), and superoxide anion radical (O·) scavenging and Fe reduction, and the IC values were 2.32, 2.65, 2.42, 5.24 and 4.19 mg/mL, respectively. The IC values for HO scavenging and Fe reduction of APEO were less than those of ascorbic acid (Vc; 3.15 and 5.13 mg/mL). The results showed that APEO has a high radical scavenging activity.
本研究的主要目的是研究超声辅助法提取扁桃叶挥发油(APEO)的成分和自由基清除活性。采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法鉴定了 APEO 中的 38 种化学成分。APEO 主要由醇类(36.82%)、酯类(28.81%)、酮类(1.47%)、烷烃类(18.61%)和酚类(8.93%)组成。含量最丰富的化合物是正己醇(33.49%)。APEO 的抗氧化活性特征为 2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基(DPPH)自由基、羟基自由基(OH·)、过氧化氢(HO)和超氧阴离子自由基(O·)清除和 Fe 还原,IC 值分别为 2.32、2.65、2.42、5.24 和 4.19mg/mL。APEO 对 HO 清除和 Fe 还原的 IC 值均小于抗坏血酸(Vc;3.15 和 5.13mg/mL)。结果表明,APEO 具有较高的自由基清除活性。
