Abstract

Rhizopycnis acids A () and B (), two new anisic acid derivatives, were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation cultures of , an endophytic fungus isolated from the healthy tissues of . The structures of the two compounds were determined through a series of 1D and 2D NMR and HRMS spectral analyses. Both compounds were the first anisic acid derivatives containing methylbutanoic/methylbutenoic acid group found in fungi. and displayed antibacterial activity against six tested bacteria with IC values in the range 16.1~81.3 μg/mL.

Rhizopycnis 酸 A()和 B(),两种新的香草酸衍生物,从内生真菌的发酵培养物的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到,该内生真菌从健康组织中分离得到。通过一系列 1D 和 2D NMR 和 HRMS 光谱分析确定了这两种化合物的结构。这两种化合物均为真菌中首次发现的含有甲基丁酸/甲基巴豆酸的香草酸衍生物。和对 6 种测试细菌均表现出抗菌活性,IC 值范围为 16.1~81.3μg/mL。
