Abstract

The in vitro activity of teicoplanin and the effect of the combination of teicoplanin and rifampicin, gentamicin or tobramycin against 50 strains of coagulase-negative staphylococci isolated from blood cultures were studied. All strains of coagulase-negative staphylococci were inhibited by teicoplanin less than or equal to 8 mg/l. The combination of teicoplanin and rifampicin was synergistic against 29 strains and antagonistic against one strain. The combination of teicoplanin and gentamicin or tobramycin showed synergism or antagonism against only a few strains.

研究了替考拉宁的体外活性以及替考拉宁与利福平、庆大霉素或妥布霉素联合使用对从血培养中分离出的50株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的影响。所有凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌菌株均被小于或等于8mg/l的替考拉宁抑制。替考拉宁与利福平联合使用对29株菌株具有协同作用,对1株菌株具有拮抗作用。替考拉宁与庆大霉素或妥布霉素联合使用仅对少数菌株显示协同或拮抗作用。
