Abstract
is a significant pathogen of cultured fish, particularly channel catfish. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of a multidrug-resistant strain, MS-17-156, isolated from diseased channel catfish. The genome sequence of this multidrug-resistant strain is expected to help us understand the molecular mechanism of antibiotic resistance in this important pathogen.

是养殖鱼类尤其是斑点叉尾鮰的一种重要病原体。在此，我们展示了从患病斑点叉尾鮰中分离出的多重耐药菌株MS-17-156的完整基因组序列。预计这种多重耐药菌株的基因组序列将有助于我们了解这种重要病原体中抗生素耐药性的分子机制。
