Abstract

Thirteen flavonoids were isolated from the fresh sweet fruit of Averrhoa carambola L. (Oxalidaceae), commonly known as star fruit, and their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. 8-Carboxymethyl-(+)-epicatechin methyl ester, pinobanksin 3-O-β-d-glucoside, and carambolasides M-Q were undescribed structures. (+)-Epicatechin, aromadendrin 3-O-β-d-glucoside, helicioside A, taxifolin 3'-O-β-d-glucoside, galangin 3-O-rutinoside, and isorhamnetin 3-O-rutinoside were reported from this species for the first time. Pinobanksin 3-O-β-d-glucoside and carambolasides M-Q showed more potent 2,2'-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radical cation scavenging activity (IC = 5.3-2.3 μM) than l-ascorbic acid (10.5 μM). Further, (+)-epicatechin, pinobanksin 3-O-β-d-glucoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-rutinoside, and carambolasides O-Q exhibited weak porcine pancreatic lipase inhibitory activity.

从俗称杨桃的五敛子(酢浆草科)鲜甜果实中分离得到 13 种黄酮类化合物,根据波谱和化学方法鉴定其结构。其中 8-羧甲基-(+)-表儿茶素甲酯、松柏苷 3-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷和杨桃苷 M-Q 为新结构化合物。(+)-表儿茶素、阿马里新 3-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷、海/licioside A、taxifolin 3'-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷、芹黄素 3-O-新橙皮糖苷和山奈酚 3-O-新橙皮糖苷为该种首次报道。松柏苷 3-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷和杨桃苷 M-Q 的 2,2'-偶氮二(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)阳离子自由基清除活性(IC = 5.3-2.3 μM)强于 l-抗坏血酸(10.5 μM)。此外,(+)-表儿茶素、松柏苷 3-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷、山奈酚 3-O-新橙皮糖苷和杨桃苷 O-Q 对猪胰腺脂肪酶具有较弱的抑制活性。
