A new premyrsinane-type diterpenoid, premylanin (1), and four new lathyrane-type diterpenoids named Euphorbia Factors L -L (2-5) were isolated from the seeds of Euphorbia lathyris, together with thirteen known ones (6-18). Their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analyses, including IR, UV, HR-ESI-MS, 1D- and 2D-NMR. The cytotoxicities of compounds 1-4 and 6-18 against HCT116, MCF-7, 786-0, HepG2 cell lines were evaluated, and compound 13 exhibited considerable cytotoxic activities with an IC values of 6.44, 8.43, 15.3, 9.32 μm, respectively.
从续随子种子中分离出一种新的前弥罗松烷型二萜化合物,续随子素(1),以及四种新的瑞香烷型二萜化合物,命名为大戟因子L-L(2-5),同时还分离出13种已知化合物(6-18)。通过红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、高分辨电喷雾电离质谱(HR-ESI-MS)、一维和二维核磁共振(1D-和2D-NMR)等光谱分析方法对其结构进行了鉴定。评估了化合物1-4和6-18对HCT116、MCF-7、786-0、HepG2细胞系的细胞毒性,化合物13表现出相当强的细胞毒性活性,其IC值分别为6.44、8.43、15.3、9.32μm。
