Abstract

Two new oleanane derivatives, leonuronins A and B (1 and 2), along with three known oleanane triterpenes (3-5) were isolated from the fruits of Leonurus japonicus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR, MS, IR and UV spectroscopic data. The new compounds were tested for cytotoxic activities against A549 and Hela cancer cell lines. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited weak cytotoxicity with IC values ranging from 6.97 to 18.13 μM.

从益母草果实中分离得到了两种新的齐墩果烷衍生物，即leonuronin A 和 B（1 和 2），以及三种已知的齐墩果烷三萜（3-5）。基于 NMR、MS、IR 和 UV 光谱数据确定了它们的结构。新化合物对 A549 和 Hela 癌细胞系的细胞毒性进行了测试。化合物 1 和 2 表现出较弱的细胞毒性，IC 值范围为 6.97-18.13 μM。
