A novel actinobacterium, designated strain NEAU-YG30, was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of lettuce collected in Heilongjiang province, north-east China. The taxonomic position of the strain was investigated using a polyphasic approach. On the basis of 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, strain NEAU-YG30 belongs to the genus Nonomuraea, and shared highest sequence similarity to Nonomuraea muscovyensis KCTC 29233 (97.9 %) and Nonomuraea indica CCTCC AA 209050 (97.6 %). The major menaquinone was identified as MK-9(H4). The major fatty acids were 10-methyl C17 : 0, C17 : 0, iso-C16 : 0 2-OH, iso-C16 : 0 and C16 : 0. The polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, hydroxyl-phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, an unidentified phospholipid and three unidentified lipids. The genomic DNA G+C content of strain NEAU-YG30 was 70.5 mol%. DNA-DNA hybridization values between them were less than 70 %. On the basis of phenotypic, genotypic and phylogenetic data, strain NEAU-YG30 can be characterized to represent a novel species of the genus Nonomuraea, for which the name Nonomuraealactucae sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is NEAU-YG30 (=JCM 32549=CGMCC 4.7506).
从中国东北黑龙江省采集的生菜根际土壤中分离出一株新型放线菌,命名为NEAU-YG30菌株。采用多相分类法对该菌株的分类地位进行了研究。基于16S rRNA基因序列分析,NEAU-YG30菌株属于野野村氏菌属,与番鸭野野村氏菌KCTC 29233(97.9%)和印度野野村氏菌CCTCC AA 209050(97.6%)的序列相似性最高。主要甲基萘醌被鉴定为MK-9(H4)。主要脂肪酸为10-甲基C17 : 0、C17 : 0、异-C16 : 0 2-OH、异-C16 : 0和C16 : 0。极性脂类为双磷脂酰甘油、磷脂酰乙醇胺、羟基磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇、一种未鉴定的磷脂和三种未鉴定的脂类。NEAU-YG30菌株的基因组DNA G+C含量为70.5 mol%。它们之间的DNA-DNA杂交值小于70%。基于表型、基因型和系统发育数据,NEAU-YG30菌株可被鉴定为野野村氏菌属的一个新物种,为此提出新名称野野村氏生菜菌(Nonomuraealactucae sp. nov.)。模式菌株为NEAU-YG30(=JCM 32549=CGMCC 4.7506)。
